The main chemical used in soft washing, bleach, is eco-friendly.  Sodium hypochlorite is the active ingredient in bleach, of which 95-98% rapidly breaks down into salt and water.  We protect plants against any possible burning from overspray by pre-watering and/or covering plants.  Because we use a concentrated stream of water under high pressure, professional pressure washing consumes about 75% less water than normal "hose-down" cleaning methods.
